Line of Duty by Madhav Shastri

"Hi Alll, I would like to share a reality which is happening RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT while you all are here. You all are lying comfortably in your bed's at home but yesterday nite my men were drenched in rain for 3 hours patrolling and safeguarding the nation without ne spare uniforms which makes them very very prone to be frozen up in the atmosphere. The reason why I am telling you this fact is because I want these men to be remembered forever not for their sacrifice they make in wars but for the sacrifices they make daily. Right now sitting in the makeshift post of a very very hard to survive terrain with 20 men waiting to go home or face enemy I am telling you this because these 20+1 (me) have not slept for 24 hours now and wont do the same till 72 more hours for the nation only. Right now half the men have been given rest to make them ready for night patrolling but just think what all issues they face for us. By writing here I am not expecting any sympathy for them as they are hard enough to survive without that all I am trying to do is to give you a very tiny picture of a regular day of a soldier's life and asking to do WHATEVER & WHENEVER YOU CAN for these men not limited to writing blogs but by helping them in their missions (any type of help) and giving them a moment of comfort which they are missing for the entire life and probably wont get after the moment they pass by your side. Thanks and Regards, Soldier of the nation who is committed to give you a safer tomorrow."
